            The Committee on Education moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

            S. B. 19–A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5-44 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to minimum instructional days per week, minimum instructional minutes per week and minimum instructional days per year for early childhood education programs.
